Team Check In

*ALL TEAM CHECK IN MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, MARCH 10, 2017 BY THE TIMES LISTED BELOW*

ONLINE TEAM CHECK IN:  Check your team in online: 
Log in to your Sportwrench account, click on "My Teams Events" tab
Click on "Manage Teams" next to Lil Big South
Click on "Online Team Check In" in the tab section. This is the online team check in form page. 
Under "Roster Validation" your team will either have a label of Valid or Failed. You cannot check in a team that has a failed roster vaildation status. 
Click the "Failed" label, you will see the error that needs to be corrected for that roster and you can go and correct the error by clicking on the "Event Roster" tab. 
Once every team has a valid roster status, select the boxes of the teams you wish to check in. 
Scroll to the bottom of the page. You need to complete the drop down menus for the person completing online check in and any additional persons approved to pick up team wristbands. 
Then click "Submit". 
NOTE: each person approved to pick up wristbands listed will recieve an email with a barcode for the team(s). Make sure to bring that barcode to the team registration counter to get your wristbands. You do not need to bring a roster if you check-in online. 

 

ON-SITE TEAM CHECK IN:  You must complete on-site team check in on Friday night, 5pm-8pm in the D Lobby. 
Log in to your Sportwrench account
Click on "My Teams Events" tab

lick on "Manage Teams" next to Lil Big Souh
Click on
 "Event Roster"
Select the team(s) you will be checking in and click "Print Team Rosters" button in green. 
Make sure that there are no roster validation errors. 
Bring your printer rosters to the team check in desk. 

PLAYER & STAFF WRISTBANDS: 
A wristband will be issued at Team Check In, for every rostered player (max. of 15) and staff member (max. of 3) at no charge.  Additional staff wristbands must be purchased.  Staff members listed on more than one roster will receive only 1 wristband.  The person checking in the team must pick up all wristbands for that team.

COACHES…REMEMBER to issue your players a wristband before you ask them to meet you inside the playing venue. Players who do not have a wristband will not be allowed into the playing facility.

ROSTER REQUIREMENTS
Valid USAV Membership: 
(Except for Foreign Teams)
Each person listed on the official roster must have a valid USAV Full Membership.  Contact your Region to get these numbers if you do not have them. You WILL NOT be allowed to check in or participate in the event unless this is completed.

Staff Requirements:
Per USAV rules, a maximum of 5 staff members may be listed on each roster.  All staff members must have a title or role assignment.  

Coaches:  
All coaches on a roster must be, at a minimum, IMPACT certified, SafeSport certified and have a cleared back ground screening through their USAV Region. A cell phone number is required for Head Coaches. An IMPACT certified coach, listed on the roster, must be present on the bench at all times.

Other Adult Staff Members:  (Except for Foreign Teams)
All non-coach, adult members listed on the roster must have a current background screening through their Region.

Junior Age Staff Members:
Junior players duly registered with USAV may be on a roster as a staff member as a Manager.  They must be at least 10 years of age. 

Players Requirements:
Per USAV rules, a maximum of 15 athletes are allowed on rosters at National Qualifiers and no regionally, age-waivered players are allowed. All athletes listed on the roster must have a valid USAV number, birthdate and uniform number.  Athlete's position is optional.
