COLLEGE COACHES:
College coaches will receive one free wristband with the purchase of each
 University Athlete package.  You can check in and pick up your wristband, as well as purchase additional bands at the Atlantic City Convention Center ticket counter. Please bring a business card to leave with us if you are purchasing a ticket. (see pricing below).

On site purchase is available, cash and credit cards accepted, Ticket counters will open each morning at 7:00 am, starting on Saturday.  However, the lines on Saturday morning will be long.  Plan accordingly and expect to wait.

Single Day Wristband    $15

**Children 6 and under will get a FREE wristband at Ticket Purchase counter. Children must be present to get the wristband.  Athletes on a Team Roster will receive a wristband from their Coach after team check in.**

REDEEMING YOUR ON LINE PURCHASE: 
Best Option: Tournament Wristbands can be picked up the night before play begins at the Atlantic City Convention Center from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  We do not check ID's for pre-purchased wristbands. As long as the person picking up the wristbands has a receipt, either paper or on a cellular device, that person is able to pick up the wristbands.

WRISTBAND PURCHASE & USE POLICIES:

  • All wristband purchases are non-refundable.
  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • On site, Single day wristbands can only be purchased on the day they are being used.
  • Wristbands are not assignable to another person in order to gain entry.
  • Wristbands must be worn or displayed at all times while in the building.
  • Option for On Line Tickets Purchases:
    • Not all wristbands have to be redeemed at the same time
    • Notify the person at ticket counter if you are redeeming only certain wristbands
    • If you redeem all wristbands on your receipt, they cannot be held at the counter for your party's arrival
    • Wristbands are Latex free.

LOST OR FORGOTTEN WRISTBANDS: 
Lost or forgotten bands will not be replaced for free.  You will have to purchase a new wristband in order to gain entry into the event even if you supply a receipt.

PLAYERS WRISTBANDS: 
Your daughter’s coach or team representative will be given a wristband for each rostered player.  Remind your daughter to make plans with her team and coach to receive her wristband before entering the facility – either to play or spectate.  Lost or forgotten bands will not be replaced for free. 

SPECTATOR AGREEMENT FOR ENTRY: 
The Jersey Surfside Festival is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event. By entering the facility, all spectators agree to abide by the following Spectators Code of Conduct as required by USA Volleyball.  Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk. Be alert at all times, especially during active play. Children not participating on a team entered in the event must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. The venue is not to be considered an open play area. Open courts and free space within the facility are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: 
We are striving to make our events as enjoyable and safe for all attendees and participants. Therefore, spectators and participants are prohibited from bringing the following items into the Jersey Surfside Festival:

  • Personal Seats and chairs 
  • Coolers 
  • Personal transportation devices (i.e. hoverboards skateboards, etc.) 
  • Oversized bags or luggage 
  • Outside food 
  • Weapons of any type 
  • All tobacco products – including e-Cigarettes and vaping products
  • Alcoholic beverages 
  • Loud noise makers 
  • Balloons 
  • Other items as determined by the staff

If you are asked to remove an item from the playing facility, you must do so immediately or you will be removed from the event. Please be aware that state laws for the right to carry any of the items listed below into public areas do not apply once you are admitted through the doors of the show. Prohibited items will not be stored by the ACCC or JSF.
